We want you to feel confident in your home security, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Ring products purchased directly from our store. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your device for a full refund within the eligibility window.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and visit the Order History page to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

Prepare the Package

Place your Ring device and all original accessories, including mounting hardware and cables, back into its original packaging.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
